DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

Puro-Systems Australia Pty Ltd guarantees to replace any product you received in a damaged state. In order to be eligible for a replacement of the product, you are required to comply with the conditions of this Policy.

  1. You are to notify Puro-Systems Australia Pty Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged product supplied by us either by:
  • Phone on (number to be supplied) or
  • Email to (email to be supplied)
  1. A photo of the product to be provided showing the damage and our label

After we receive your notification of a damaged product and a photo as described in 2. our team will inspect the product and process the claim and replace the damaged product.

A replacement product may be the product in full or a part thereof based on the damage. The replacement product (in part or full) is usually received within 7 business days.

Where for any reason we are unable to provide a replacement within 7 business days we will notify you accordingly.
